- Set 1 mile from Betws-y-Coed village centre with parking area in front of the house.
- Entrance door is approached 6 wide steps without a hand rail on either side, alternatively there is a ramped driveway to the right of the house that is useable by a wheel chair. The main door to the house is via an enclosed porch way with a further 2 steps. The main door is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair. Alternative access points can be made to the right of the house via a door into the dining room or a door into the ground floor family guest bedroom.
- We provide pick up and drop off from the local railway station where there are frequent Bus and Train services to a variety of locations within the National Park. Timetables are available in the guest lounge and at the Tourist Information site in the centre of the village.
- The house is on three levels, ground, first and second floor. The first and second floors are accessible via two sets of stairs. The first floor has 8 steps to a landing then a further 8 steps to the first floor landing, and the second floor has the same. The hand rail is on the right hand side as you go up.
- The ground floor is level throughout.
- There is one ground floor ensuite room with shower, wash basin and toilet. It is accessible via wheelchair, although there are no hand rails at present. The room is also a very large room and has three single beds. It is let at a minimum charge of £90.00 per night.
- All other rooms are equipped with showers, toilets and wash basins. There is one room with equipped with a bath and there is a shower within the bath.
- Corridors are well lit. Switches and plug sockets are in the standard position within most rooms.
- Cordless kettles are available in all rooms.
- Breakfast is the only meal we provide and is taken in the main dining room.
- There is a buffet cold breakfast of cereals, fruit, fruit juice and yogurts. Hot breakfast is brought to your table.
- Assistance dogs would be made welcome.
- Orange mobile phones can be accessed within the house. All other networks are unable to obtain good signals within the rooms, but may be used within the local area. A payphone is available in the reception area.
