| We offer a selection of rooms, some with outstanding views over the Llugwy and Conwy Valleys and and overlooking the beautiful Snowdonia National Park village of Betws-y-Coed. A short walk into the village and within an hour of most major attractions of the North Wales and Snowdonia area. |

Rooms Overview:
Rooms 1,2,5 and 6 have fantastic views.
Rooms 3,4 and 7 have no view or overlook the rear garden areas.
Please note that the tariff for Room 7 is based on either 2 or 3 people sharing and for Room 8 is based on either 3 or 4 people sharing.
We do accept children and can provide a travel cot with bedding at a cost of £5.00 per night.
Packed lunches are available with prior notice at a cost of £5.00 per head and come complete with complimentary tea or coffee flasks.

We do not accept pets to stay in the house
High season rates apply to Bank Holiday weekends, Valentines weekend and from 30th July 2010 - 30th August 2010.
