Bookings of 3 rooms or more require a deposit, please contact us direct to arrange.

Children

Children are welcome at Aberconwy House, although child rates only apply in Room 8, our family room.

Children staying in the main house will be charged a full rate. We can accommodate a maximum of two people in these rooms.

We can accommodate a child under 2 years old in a cot in room 9 with up to two adults for an extra charge of £5 per night. For an additional cost of £5 per night we can provide a travel cot with bedding.

Payment

Payment is usually on departure unless you would like to pay earlier. Your card details used at the time of booking are to secure the booking. You can pay using a different card or cash. We do not charge any extra for using a credit or debit card. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or cheques.

Parking

We have a large car park in front of the house which can accommodate 1 car per room, additional cars will need to be parked in the village, a short walk away. If you have a larger than standard car size vehicle you will need to confirm that there is space available prior to arrival or you may be requested to park in the village.

We do not accept coaches in the car park, coach parking is available in the village near the train station.
