Welcome to our Annexe Suite at Aberconwy House B&B. This enormous, recently redecorated room, set in an annexe to the main house, boasts all the space and comfort you and your family or friends need to truly unwind.

From £125.00 per night, you’ll have a versatile space all to yourselves, perfect for 2 people sharing. For parties of 3, the price is slightly higher, starting from £150.00 per night.

You’re greeted with a super king bed and a single bed, providing optimal flexibility for your restful night’s sleep.
If needed, the room can be rearranged to accommodate three single beds. Additionally, we can arrange a sofa bed for a second child if required.

This suite stands out with its beautiful en-suite shower room, which boasts a huge walk-in rainfall shower, baby changing unit and our locally made complimentary toiletries. You’ll find the ground-floor annexe easily accessible, providing you with your own front door for that added layer of privacy and access to your own outside space with tables and chairs, to catch the evening sun and watch the stunning sunsets.

Look out of the windows to catch glimpses of the valley or turn your attention to the 40″ Smart TV with Freeview and the option of signing into your own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts for your entertainment needs. Other in-room amenities include Wifi, a hairdryer, tea and coffee making facilities, and an ironing board with an iron.
The room comes with a new sofa and armchair in a small lounge area, perfect for quiet moments or fun family gatherings. In fact, on request we have a collection of games and toys to keep the young ones (and the young at heart!) entertained.
