Children are welcome at Aberconwy House, although child rates only apply in Room 8, our family room. Children of any age can stay in Room 8, but only children over 6 years can stay in the main house, this does not include Room 6 our Four Poster Room.

Children of 6 years and over staying in the main house will be charged a full rate. We can accommodate a maximum of two people in these rooms.

Payment is usually on arrival unless you would like to pay earlier. Your card details used at the time of booking are to secure the booking. You can pay using a different card or cash. We do not charge any extra for using a credit or debit card. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or cheques.

We have a large car park in front of the house which can accommodate 1 car per room, additional cars may need to be parked in the village, a short walk away. If you have a larger than standard car size vehicle you will need to confirm that there is space available prior to arrival or you may be requested to park in the village.

We do not accept coaches in the car park, coach parking is available in the village near the train station.

There are many mountain bike and road cycling routes around the area and here at Aberconwy House we have dedicated secure storage for your bicycles, tools for maintenance, track pump and facilities to clean your bike.

As well as many maps and walking books for you to borrow, and a great knowledge of walks in the area, plus extra gear if you’ve left something behind. We also provide boot trays in all of our rooms and we have the facility to dry your gear overnight.
